STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Singer/songwriter Margo Rey appeared on KCAL9 News on Sunday morning to talk about an upcoming event, where brides-to-be can give back.

Rey, a breast cancer survivor, is also the National Ambassador of Brides Against Breast Cancer (BABC), which raises funds by selling donated wedding gowns.

The funds are then given to the Center for Building Hope — an organization that offers free information and programs and services to cancer patients.

The upcoming “Nationwide Tour of Gowns” event is scheduled to be held on Nov. 15, at the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel.
