Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 4)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — It will be a bit of a gloomy start for your Monday.

A wave of energy is going to race through the area early in the day.

We have a thickening marine layer.  That thick cloud deck will bring some spotty drizzle to the area as well.

The low clouds will stick around for a good portion of the day.  We will clear out in the afternoon, however, there should still be clouds overhead from the system that is dropping into the Southwest.

High pressure is building in right behind this wave of energy and we are looking at warmer weather for the mid week.  The high pressure will kick up our winds and increase the fire danger with humidities dropping into the teens and single digits.

Watch for the possibility of advisories on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Basin - upper 60s to low 70s

Beaches - upper 60s

Valleys - low 70s

Mountains - upper 40s

Deserts - mid to upper 60s
