Man, 20, Critical After Being Shot Multiple Times In The Chest

OXNARD (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a 20-year-old man is in critical condition Sunday after being shot multiple times in the chest.

Jesus Muniz was shot around 6 p.m. in the 1200 block of Colonia Road.

Muniz was transported to Ventura County Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.

Witnesses heard several gunshots and said they saw a silver sedan flee the scene.

There are no further details.

The investigation is on-going, said officials.
