Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 1)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Hopefully your sugar-gathering exploits went well under clear skies last night.

We are looking at chilly morning once again, but it is shaping up to be a fantastic Friday.

Temperatures will pump up into the 70s and 80s today. Expect a couple of degrees of warming from yesterday's highs. We will see plenty of sunshine.

Tonight, look for the on-shore flow to return.

We will see a healthy dose of clouds move in over the weekend as a weak disturbance passes over head.

Temperatures will drop down considerably by Sunday and Monday. In fact, a wave of energy moving through Monday morning could even give us a little drizzle.

We'll see a modest warm up for the middle of the week. Then, by the end of next week, there is a chance for some wet weather.

Basin - low 80s

Beaches - upper 70s

Valleys - upper 80s

Mountains - upper 50s

Deserts - mid to upper 70s
