SHERMAN OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Two men in their 20s have been taken to a hospital after being shot in Sherman Oaks on Thursday night.

Sky9’s Derek Bell reported that police officers, using flashlights, appeared to be searching for a weapon in the 4400 block of Murrietta Avenue, just north of Ventura Boulevard.

The condition of the wounded men was not known.
