Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Oct. 30)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — After an unsettled Monday and Tuesday, Mother Nature is turning things around for Southern California for the rest of the week.

Look for slightly warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine today.

High pressure is building in from the Pacific.  This movement will give us an off-shore flow for Thursday and Friday.  That will translate into a lovely Halloween and a great Friday!

Temperatures will pop above average by Thursday.

The weather stays nice into Saturday, but another trough moving into the west coast will cool us off on Sunday.

We will also see there return of the marine layer by Sunday and also the chance for some early morning drizzle on Monday.

Basin - low 70s

Beaches - mid to upper 60s

Valleys - low to mid 70s

Mountains - mid 40s

Deserts - mid 60s
