ORANGE COUNTY (CBSLA.com) — The Orange County Coroner’s Office Tuesday was asking the public’s help in locating the family of a 49-year-old man who died in Garden Grove.

Tuan Lac Phan died on Sept. 24 at Garden Grove Hospital, OC Sheriff’s Department said.

Phan is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He had a disability and used a walker.

Deputies say he was a transient and was known to frequent Garden Grove, Fountain Valley and Westminster.

At an unspecified time, Phan lived in Texas, authorities said.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Orange County Coroner’s Office at (714)647-7410 and reference case #13-03833-RE.
