Bell Doctor Arrested For Allegedly Molesting Female Patient
BELL (CBSLA.com) — Police Monday were seeking the public's help in identifying additional victims of a doctor accused of molesting a female patient.
Dr. Edgar Lluncor was arrested on Oct, 23 at his clinic, located at 4279 Florence Avenue in Bell, police said.
He is facing charges of penetration with a foreign object.
According to Bell police, a women reported that she sought medical help from Lluncor for stomach pain and was sexually assaulted during the exam.
"Detectives contacted the California medical board and learned of two additional similar complaints on the doctor," Sgt. Tom Rodriguez said.
Lluncor is currently free on $100,000 bail and will be arraigned in November. If convicted, he faces up to eight years in state prison and removal of his medical license.
