Probation Officer Arrested For Sexual Relationship With Minor

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — A San Bernardino County probation officer has been arrested on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a minor.

Latavia Davis, 30, of Menifee, was arrested at Juvenile Hall in San Bernardino on Wednesday morning, according to San Bernardino police Lt. Paul Williams.

A minor being detained in Juvenile Hall came forward with information regarding the sexual misconduct, Williams said. A subsequent investigation "did substantiate the allegations," resulting in Davis' arrest.

Davis is being held at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino on $100,000 bail. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 25.
