CSUN Students On Edge After Reports Of Prowler

NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — Cal State University Northridge police Sunday continued to search for a man accused of breaking into a female student's apartment.

The incident happened between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Saturday in a third-floor unit of the University Park Apartments 9.

University police say the suspect entered a female student's apartment and touched her bare leg.

When she awoke, police say the man grabbed her wallet and several documents and ran off.

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old Black male with short black hair and dark-colored eyes.

He is described as having a thin, athletic build and was last seen wearing a red Adidas hooded sweatshirt with white letters and light-colored blue jeans. He is 6-feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.
