Police Warn Citizens Of Suspect Stealing Wallets During Church Services

THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Police Tuesday were searching for a suspect wanted for allegedly stealing wallets during church services in Ventura County.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office has received several recent reports of a suspect taking the items from unattended purses.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s with blond or brown “spiked” hair and may be associated with a dark brown or gray minivan.

Police reminded citizens to secure personal belongings and not leave them unattended.
