Car Overturns On 10 Freeway Injuring Driver In Mid-City Area

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A driver was injured Friday evening in a solo vehicle crash on the westbound 10 Freeway in the Mid-City area.

The driver had to be extricated out of the vehicle after it overturned.

There is no word on the driver's condition.

Witnesses said the car swerved and went over an embankment just west of Crenshaw Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Several lanes are blocked as the crash in investigated.

The accident was reported just after 10:15 p.m.
