Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Girl, 12, In Mission Viejo

MISSION VIEJO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday asked for the public's help in identifying a man accused of exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl in Mission Viejo.

The girl told authorities that while walking home from school, a man jumped out from some bushes and exposed himself, according to a statement by the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The statement said the victim ran away and reported the incident, which occurred around 3:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Via Pera and Los Alisos.

The statement described the man as Caucasian with short, blonde hair and a mustache.

He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, and weighs about 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, dark camouflage shorts, and dark-colored sneakers.
