Missing Burbank Woman With Dementia Found Safe In Las Vegas

[UPDATE: Burbank Police announced Saturday afternoon that the missing woman was found safe and sound in Las Vegas.]

BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday were searching for a missing Burbank woman with dementia.

Burbank police said in a department statement that the last contact anyone had with Geraldine Sullivan was on Sept. 4, when she received a call at her Burbank home.

Sullivan was expected to head to Oxnard the following day for a class reunion. However, she never checked into the hotel and has not been seen nor heard from since, the statement said.

Sullivan, a white female, has white hair and blue eyes. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

It's not known what Sullivan was last seen wearing and police say they do not believe she has a cellphone. Police believe she is driving a 2000 light blue, Ford Taurus with license 4KLJ728.

If you have seen Sullivan or have any information about her whereabouts, please contact your local police department or the Burbank Police Department at (818) 238-3000.
