STUDIO CITY (CBS2) — Stephanie Tantillo stopped by CBS2 Friday to share her burrata bruschetta recipe!

Burrata Bruschetta

4 slices ciabtta bread

6 oz burrata

1/4 cup basil leaves, ripped

8 slices prosciutto crudo

drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

  • Toast bread, and layer burrata on top, followed by basil and prosciutto Top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and enjoy!
