STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — We are still under the influence of high pressure with a little dose of high humidity.
You mix it together and you get hot and sweaty conditions.
We are looking at another hot day in Southern California with temperatures rocketing up into the 100s for our valleys and well into the 90s for the basin.
Even our coastal communities will reach into the mid 80s.
It looks like this stretch of warm weather will last through the rest of the week and even into the weekend. There will also be a chance for thunderstorms each and every afternoon through the weekend.
We could get some relief by the middle of next week.
Basin - low to mid 90s
Beaches - low to mid 80s
Valleys -near 100
Mountains - mid 70s
Deserts - upper 90s to near 100
