STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Have you ever heard of the Cronut? Now try its sophisticated cousin!

Anthony Valerio and Vandy Altounian, co-owners of ConfeXion Cupcakes stopped by KCAL9 to show viewers how to make their new “Brioughnut”!

The hybrid pastry is handcrafted-from-scratch brioche dough, which is laminated using European butter.

ConfeXion Cupcakes is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.
