Prohibition Era Eatery 'The Blind Pig' Opens Wednesday In OC!

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A new restaurant in Orange County is celebrating the prohibition era!

Jarryd Graaff, co-owner of The Blind Pig, and Chef Joshua Han visited the KCAL9 studios Monday to talk about the new Rancho Santa Margarita hot spot.

The Blind Pig opens their doors for business on Aug. 21 and features high quality food, unique hand crafted cocktails, craft beers, seasonal menus and beverages.

Proceeds from opening week will benefit Inspire Artistic Minds, an organization dedicated to strengthening the culture of the locale. Their goal is to utilize the talents and funds raised in one community to educate, through hands-on experience, a particular artistic field, bringing renewed passion to that same community.
