Woman Killed After Vehicle Overturns In Hollywood
MOUNT OLYMPUS (CBSLA.com) — A woman was killed Monday when her vehicle overturned in Hollywood.
Los Angeles Fire Department officials responded around 6:50 a.m. to an accident in the 2000 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard near Mount Olympus Drive.
The driver of the small white SUV ran off the road and hit a tree, authorities said.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the LAFD.
Officials disassembled the badly damaged vehicle to assure there were no other victims.
The accident was under investigation.
