$448 Million Powerball Jackpot To Be Split 3 Ways

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Feeling lucky?

Lottery officials said three people will split the estimated $448 million Powerball jackpot.

The numbers drawn in Wednesday night's multi-state Powerball lottery draw were 5, 25, 30, 58, 59 and the Powerball number was 32.

Officials said two winners are from New Jersey and one from Minnesota.

The drawing was the 13th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

California Lottery officials said nine Californians had 5/5 tickets (missing the Powerball) and will each win $289,341. Those tickets were sold in Camino, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles, National City, Loma Linda, Sacramento, Sunnyvale, Rosemead and San Diego.

Powerball is played in 43 states, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Draws for the $2 game are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Powerball starts at $40 million. The record jackpot reached $590 million in May 2013.
