Police: Irvine Girl, 16, May Have Run Away To East Coast

IRVINE (CBSLA.com) — Investigators sought the public's help Monday in finding 16-year-old Irvine girl who may have ran away fro home.

Leandra Clark was last seen at her home on June 26 after being disciplined by her mother, and was last seen by acquaintances in the area of Culver Drive and Scottsdale Road on June 27, Irvine Police said.

Clark has previously run away from home and the circumstances surrounding this incident suggest her disappearance is voluntary, police said.

Detectives believe Clark may be staying with family members on her father's side in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts area.

Clark was described as 5'7" tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Leadra's whereabouts is asked to call 911, the local police department or the Irvine Police Department at 949-724-7200.
