MALIBU (CBSLA.com) — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s are asking the public to help them find a hit-and-run driver who injured two people on Friday night along the Pacific Coast Highway.

Two pedestrians — a 54-year-old female and a 3 year-old boy — were struck by a SUV around 8:30 p.m. near the 25800 block of PCH.

The woman sustained a broken arm and the boy had a fractured hip and numerous facial abrasions, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating the driver of a silver-colored SUV who left the scene without stopping.

Detectives are asking that if anyone has information regarding this incident to please contact the Malibu/Lost Hills Station at (818) 878-1808
