2 Hurt In Stabbing In Downtown LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two victims were in unknown condition after they were reportedly stabbed in downtown Los Angeles, according to reports.

Police responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at 12:40 p.m. along the 600 block of Ceres Avenue near 7th, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson.

A female and male Hispanic were treated for unspecified injuries.

A suspect who was not one of the victims has been detained, police said.

No other information was immediately available.
