LAKE ELSINORE (CBSLA.com) Authorities Saturday said a woman has downed while swimming with her children in Lake Elsinore.

The incident in the 32000 block of Riverside Drive was reported around 4:27 p.m. Friday.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement that they responded to the lake and learned that the woman was swimming with her children when she lost control of a floating device.

The victim has now been identified as Lulu Sibisi, 35, of Moreno Valley.

An investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
