STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — One picture can save a pet’s life!

Liz Baker from GreaterGood.org, an animal rescue site, and  Alan Semsar and John Capra of John Paul Pet, visited the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to talk about their “One Picture Saves A Life,” animal shelter tour.

The tour aims to provide local animal shelters with the ability to better capture the loving personalities of the animals that are available for adoption. It teaches local animal shelters how to take more effective pet photographs and implement better grooming procedures to give the animals a better chance of being adopted.

Tour stops in CA:

July 13: Los Angeles, CA

LA County Baldwin Park Animal Care Center

July 27: Santa Barbara, CA

Santa Barbara County Animal Services
