Man, 42, Accused Of Exposing Himself To Underage Girls In LA

EAST LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 42-year-old man has been accused of exposing himself to young girls in Los Angeles.

Oscar Manuel Iturralde was taken into custody July 3 for indecent exposure and stalking. He was booked at the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station in lieu of $300,000 bail.

Around 8:15 p.m. July 1, Iturralde, who was driving a white Toyota pickup truck, allegedly approached a young girl and her brother as they were walking on Hubbard Street near Atlantic Boulevard in East Los Angeles.

The suspect slowed his truck and called to the girl to look at him while he exposed himself, police said.

The victim called 911 and Iturralde drove away.

Iturralde was later identified after the victims gave detectives the partial license plate number of his vehicle.

The suspect was also wanted in connection with several other indecent exposure incidents during the past few months, in which he reportedly targeted teen girls as they walked to school.

Those cases are being investigated by the Los Angeles City School Police.

Anyone with information about other possible victims of Iturralde was asked to contact Sgt. Soto or Det. Villanueva of the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station at (323) 981-5354 or (323) 981-5052.
