M3.5 Quake Rattles Residents Near Hemet

RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A magnitude-3.5 earthquake has struck about 15 miles east-southeast of Hemet in Riverside County.

The quake struck about four miles north-northwest of Anza at 10:45 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

There were no immediate reports of damage or injury.
