7 Hurt In Freeway Crash In Castaic

CASTAIC (CBSLA.com) — Seven people have been injured in a crash in the Castaic area, authorities said Wednesday.

The crash was reported at 11:45 a.m. after a vehicle overturned on the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway at Parker Road, according to the California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Three patients with moderate injuries and four trauma patients were being transported, SKY9's Derek Bell reported. Two vehicles were reportedly involved.
