Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (June 20)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The low clouds are kicking up again this morning from a coastal eddy, which will keep temperatures at the coast and in the basin slightly below average.

Inland highs will hover closer to average levels.

A north wind has kept the skies clear inland.

The wind advisories and red flag warning for L.A. and Ventura counties are set to expire at 10 a.m. Right now, everything looks on track for that.

We can expect mild weather for the rest of the week and weekend before things start to heat up next week. A ridge of high pressure will bump into the area and that's going to bring possible triple-digit heat to inland areas.

Basin - mid to upper 70s

Beaches - low to mid 70s

Valleys - upper 80s to near 90

Mountains - low 70s

Deserts - upper 80s
