2-Alarm Fire Rips Through Commercial Building In South LA

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Crews battled a two-alarm fire that tore through a commercial building early Saturday, according to L.A. County Fire.

Firefighters responded at 3:15 to the intersection of East 92nd and Juniper streets after someone reported an apparent explosion at Victor Refrigeration & Store Fixture Company.

The blaze was knocked down at approximately 4:30 a.m.

No one was reportedly injured.

Arson investigators arrived hours later to survey the damage but the building had not yet been cleared.
