30 Dogs Found Inside Rubidoux Home After Family Is Evicted

RUBIDOUX (CBSLA.com) — Thirty dogs were found inside a Rubidoux home after the family was evicted.

Workers sent to clean the home in the 5500 block of Chilton Avenue Wednesday discovered the dogs, many of them were crammed inside a kennel in the kitchen.

Riverside County Animal Services checked out the dogs and said they were okay.

The owner will be cited for having more than four dogs without a kennel permit.

Officials said the owner has ten days to claim the dogs. If they fail to claim them, the dogs will go up for adoption.
