Fitness Gurus Offer At-Home Workout Tips
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Ty Vincent and Crossfit Sunset coach Camry Passey stopped by the KCAL9 News set on Sunday morning with tips on at-home workouts.
Vincent has been helping people get into beach-body shape for more than 15 years with the training program that focuses on strength and conditioning.
Warm-up:
Jump rope (5 minutes)
Workout:
AMRAP--AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE
(Start out with 5 minutes and then gradually move up in 2-minute increments until you reach 20 minutes total)
5 Box Jumps (Step Ups)
10 Thrusters
15 Seated Crunches
Variation:
5 Box Jumps (Step Ups)
10 Air Squats
15 Seated Crunches
*Each 5/10/15 set equals 1 round
Recommended 3 to 4 times per week to help strengthen core and achieve a summer body.
