Tinga Features Modern Mexican In Santa Monica

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Jerry Baker, the co-owner of Tinga, a newly opened Modern taqueria in the heart of Santa Monica, visited the KCAL9 studios Tuesday.

Baker showed viewers his twist on popular Mexican dishes for Father's Day brunch, including how to to make Tacos Al Pastor de Jerry, a classic favorite with a hint of pineapple and seasoned pork.

Located at 522 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, the restaurant is open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with a late-night menu until 1:30 a.m.
