STUDIO CITY ( — Downtown’s Church & State restaurant is celebrating spring with a new menu!

Chef Tony Esnault visited KCAL9 Friday to talk about the French eatery’s new items and to show viewers how to make their Salade de legumes fraicheur (vegetable salad).

The restaurant is known for their daily fresh oyster selection, mussels, escargot, bone marrow, and their light and delicious flatbreads.
