Authorities Seek Rare Bicycle Stolen In Lancaster Burglary

LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a rare stolen bike that was taken during a burglary at an Antelope Valley home.

The nearly 100-year-old bike was stolen on March 4 from a West Lancaster home, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department said.

"The bicycle is an "Indian Deluxe," that was made between 1914 and 1917 it is red in color and is in excellent condition," Deputy Michael Rust said in a statement.

The exact value of the bicycle is not known, but the its priceless to the owner, according to officials.
