Northbound 405 Freeway To Close At Santa Monica Boulevard Overnight
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The northbound 405 Freeway will be closed at Santa Monica Boulevard in West Los Angeles overnight.
The closure for construction work is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Friday through 9 a.m. Saturday.
The same closures will be in effect on Saturday, May 18 through Sunday, May 19.
There will be a detour at the Santa Monica Boulevard exit but drivers are being warned to avoid the area completely.
The closure is part of the Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project. Listen to KNX1070 for traffic and weather together on the 5s.
