Grill 'Em All started off as a food truck and after winning The Food Network's "Great Food Truck Race", Harkins and Chernus opened their restaurant in Alhambra.

The Grill 'Em All Ghoul Squad is a private club that can be joined when you get a tattoo featuring Grill 'Em All iconography. Ghould Squad members get half off for life.
