2 Found Shot To Death Inside Car In Oxnard

OXNARD (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say two people have been found shot to death inside a car in Oxnard.

Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South "D" Street Saturday morning to perform a welfare check on two people in a car.

When authorities arrived, they found a woman in her 50s and a man in his late 30s both dead from a gunshot wound.

The victims' names were withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Homicide investigators say they are following up on several leads and motives.

The City of Oxnard offers a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect(s) in homicide cases.
