Throw A Kentucky Derby Party Worthy Of 'The Triple Crown'!

Chef Paul Rosenbluh of Firefly Bistro is South Pasadena stopped by KCAL9 Monday to share tips and recipes worthy of "The Triple Crown"!
Rosenbluh, a Louisville native, showed viewers how to make Four Roses bourbon-infused BBQ Pulled Pork and Derby Pie along with Mint Julep cocktails in honor of this weekend's Kentucky Derby!

Black Berry Mint Julep recipe:
2 Driscoll's Blackberries, split
4 fresh mint sprigs
2 1/2 oz Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp water
Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, black berries and water in a collins glass. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon BBQ Sauce:
1/2 yellow onion-diced
1 Tbls. garlic-chopped
2 cups crushed tomato
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup molasses
1 cup water
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbls. cumin
1 Tbls. coriander
2 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbls. salt
1 tsp. pepper
