3 Dead, 1 Injured In Fiery South LA Car Crash

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Three people were killed and one person was injured Tuesday night when a car crashed into a light pole and erupted into flames in South Los Angeles.

The accident happened around 10:20 p.m. in the 800 block of W. Manchester Ave.

Three victims were trapped in the vehicle and were "beyond help," according to Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

One person was ejected from the car and transported to the hospital in unknown condition.

The collision is under investigation.
