LA Sports World Reacts To Boston Marathon Bombing
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The entire nation is alarmed following the news of the two bombs that exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
The bombs went off at 2:50 p.m. eastern time as participants were about to finish the race. Three people are confirmed dead, and over a hundred more injured.
The sports world, even over here in Los Angeles, took part in expressing condolences and prayers, in the face of tragedy, through social media.
