Boyle Heights Apartment Fire Displaces More Than A Dozen Residents

BOYLE HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — An apartment fire early Wednesday morning displaced more than a dozen residents, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

The fire broke out at a two-story building just after 3:45 a.m. at 156 S. Soto Street near Second Street in Boyle Heights.

It was extinguished 35 minutes later.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
