Beverly Hills 90210 Tops List Of Wealthiest Zip Codes In America
BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Four of the top 10 richest zip codes in America are in Southern California, according to a new report from Coldwell Banker Previews International.
The latest Luxury Market Report found the wealthiest zip code belonged to Beverly Hills where 21 homes sold for $10 million or more in 2012.
The report found that Aspen, Colo. ranked second, followed by Montecito, Calif.
Bel Air came in at number four, followed by Brentwood and Malibu zip codes ranking sixth and seventh.
Malibu also topped the list for the zip code with the most $10 million plus listings with 65 properties for sale.
