Man's Body Discovered In Burned Out Car In Anaheim
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A man's body was discovered in a burned out car early Friday morning in Orange County.
An explosion and car fire were reported around 3 a.m. in the 100 block of South Westchester Drive, Anaheim police said.
When firefighters and officers arrived, they found a four-door car engulfed.
The body was discovered in the driver's seat after the fire was extinguished.
Police believe the driver was involved in an accident, and when he tried to start the vehicle, an explosion occurred and he became trapped.
The victim's identity was not released.
