Vigil To Be Held Tuesday For USC Student Who Died While On Spring Break

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A vigil has been planned for Tuesday night for a USC student who died while on spring break in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Samuel Levine, 22, died on Mar. 19 after falling from a hotel balcony.

It was unclear how he fell.

Levine, of Oak Park, was a junior majoring in psychology. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

The vigil will be held at 5 p.m. at the Sigma Chi house near the University Park campus.

His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Westlake Village. Levine will then be buried at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park.
