Santa Ana police said two SWAT team members were chasing the suspects driving in a stolen beige Nissa Sentra on the 5 Freeway.

Both of the suspects -- now identified as 41-year-old Jason Erling Hallstrom and 29-year-old Travis Stuart Mock -- were reportedly shot in the back.
