SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — One burglary suspect has been arrested and another is on the loose following a pursuit that started in Placentia and ended in South LA.

Placentia police responded to a residential burglary in the 1000 block of Holt Drive at 1:45 p.m.

By the time officers arrived, the suspects had fled the scene in a silver Cadillac.

They took the 91 Freeway to the 110 Freeway before exiting in South Los Angeles, where the pursuit came to an end at W Florence and 10th avenues just after 2 p.m.

One suspect was apprehended, but at least one more was able to escape.

Authorities set up a search perimeter.

No other details were immediately available.
