Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 12)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Aside from some patchy fog at the beach this morning, it's going to be bright sunny day today.

The ridge of high pressure continues to build through the middle of this work week. Temperatures should approach 80 degrees today, inland temps will probably exceed it.

We are looking at unseasonably warm weather to continue through at least Friday. Wednesday should be the warmest day of the week with a couple of upper 80 readings for inland areas.

The high pressure starts to break down on Saturday, but we should still remain above average. Look for some cooler weather on Sunday for the LA Marathon. While there is a pretty big trough moving through the west coast on Sunday, things look pretty dry right now.

Coast-low 70s
Basin-upper 70s
Valleys-low 80s
Mountains-low 60s
