STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Get ready for a spectacular Friday with temperatures well into the 80s.
In most cases we will be running 12 to 15 degrees above average for this time of year. Expect plenty of sunshine and continued dry conditions.
The only hiccup is a wind advisory throughout much of Orange County and the Inland Empire. That will run through early this afternoon.
The high pressure ridge will begin to break down tomorrow. Although even with the weakening of the ridge, the temperatures will still be hovering near 80.
Sunday you will notice the cool down. Temperatures will be back down into the low 70s with increasing cloud cover.
By Monday we are back to reality with temperatures even dropping in some cases to the upper 60s. The latest forecast models are now showing a storm system moving into the west coast by Wednesday. This will mean rainfall for the area and an unstable environment through next weekend. So it looks like we aren’t quite done with winter just yet.
