Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 22)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The skies have cleared and the radiational cooling is once again making for a frigid start to your Friday.

Frost Advisories are in place for most inland sections of our viewing area. This is a little more widespread than yesterday morning. Daytime highs however should be warmer today with a little ridge bumping into the area.

We will have mostly sunny skies and daytime highs running only slightly below average.

There is a shortwave that moves through the west coast tomorrow, we will see some high clouds and may lose a degree or two for our daytime high...but that's about it.

On Sunday an off-shore flow bumps in to give us some warmer temperatures. We could also experience some gusty winds. Then, later next week it looks like there will be another Santa Ana Wind event. We'll have to see. Nevertheless, it will be at least breezy over the next several afternoons and dry.
